Happy Thanksgiving! I hope y'all had a lot of turkey and other holiday-related foods. I, personally, did not have any turkey. I was making Thanksgiving dinner all by myself here in DC, but I made enough dinner to share. I thought that, in the spirit of the holidays, I would share some pictures. So, welcome to my home for Thanksgiving! Come on in!

There's one thing you should know before you step into the kitchen - I don't play around in the kitchen. That's right - I just dominate. Let there be no doubt that I am the master of all that lives in my kitchen. Do you doubt me? Is there any question? There won't be after you check out my B-Boy stance. Just call me Chef Boyee-ardee.

Unfortunately, I was not lucky enough to be able to spend Thanksgiving with my family in Minnesota this year. My brother lives out on the West Coast these days, and I was just home three times in October for various reasons. So, I was able to convince my family to come to D.C.! For real! That's my brother on the left, my dad in the middle, and my mom on the right.

Dinner is served! Check out the picture below. In the center, you will notice a large meatloaf. Several of you law school readers will remember that dish. Clockwise around the edge, from upper left: Dressing, Wine, Pumpkin Spice Pudding, Black Olives, Cranberry Sauce, Celery (stuffed with a cream-cheese-based dressing), "Marie's Bread" (a Texas recipe), and "Green Rice" (a broccoli-rice-cheese casserole).

After some good food, some wine, and some conversation, the family and I had a post-meal sing-along! You've never had a real Thanksgiving until you've had a sing-along with my family. It sounds like angels. And not just any angels - the angels of dead rock stars.

I hope your holiday was as great as mine!
